If you've lined it up right, when the Stasis unfreezes the orb will hopefully drop into the socket on the other side. Your task is to freeze the orb using Stasis, then shoot it with an arrow - only one, as more will overshoot it. On entering the shrine you'll first be shown a conveyor belt made up of several moving parts, a socket on the far side, and an orb which passes along the belt periodically.
